South Slope/Brooklyn NYC: Casa Subluna is a 2 family-to-1-family renovation. Previously the house was made up of a rental duplex apartment via the garden and first floor and a one bedroom rental apartment on the top floor. The top two floors were gut renovated for a completely new single house layout, plumbing, electric, zoned AC/heat, gas fireplace, whole house water filter, and rebuild back yard with turf. The project "broke ground" in January 2016 and while main construction ended in September/October 2016, inspections, COO, and "tweaks" did not end until August 2017. The only floor that was not completely gut renovated was the basement/garden level.
Dimensions: 736 square feet per floor (46'x'16') inside, 2208 total. The backyard is another 800 square feet (50'x16'). The overall lot is 100' deep including the front stoop area.
Year Built: The original deed was signed October 1st 1889.
