At 736 square feet (46'x16') the Garden level has a 1/2 bath with main living area, storage closet, small fridge, along with a separate room used as a recording studio (for the BK band/songwriter DIVER THROUGH). It has outdoor access to the backyard and the main street. There is no boiler as the house has zoned AC/heat and the only mechanical is the hot water heater. All important fixtures on the garden level are associated with the recording studio - for those interested - Pro Tools, Epiphone, Rickenbacker, Guild, Fender, Vox, Hiwatt, Audio Technica, Univeral Audio, Apple, and Beats Headphones.
